About usIn 2001 I was complaining of a sore neck. My physiotherapist blamed the fact I was hunched over my laptop computer. I started tinkering with a design to solve my problem. I then saw several other designs but they all had features I didn’t need and a price tag that was too high for me. STANDIT laptop stand is my very simple ergonomic solution for a problem that is increasingly common. I am glad that my solution has helped so many people improve their posture while using a notebook computer. For several years we deliberately chose to manufacture in Australia. Unfortunately it ended up being too difficult to ensure consistent supply. While I would prefer to have continued to manufacture in Australia STANDIT is now made in China. The good news was that we were able to reduce the selling price while improving quality and stock levels. I believe the STANDIT laptop stand is good value for money and does what it says it will do.
